The Hedera project, a European initiative co-financed by the Erasmus+ program, held its final transnational meeting in Barcelona, with the participation of all the project’s partner organizations.
This meeting served to update the project’s status and conclude a three-year phase of collaborative work in the design, implementation, and evaluation of the Hedera model of home-based family therapy.
A Shared Closing of a Phase
In addition to the technical update, the meeting included a final activity to review the project’s journey since its first coordination meeting in Bilbao in December 2023. This exercise provided an opportunity to share:
- The work carried out with families in the four project countries.
- The evidence gathered from the actual implementation of the model.
- The sustained cooperation among the five European organizations over these years.
