At EDUVIC SCCL, we process your contact data for the following purposes, depending on the reason for which you have provided them:

  1. Managing data provided directly by the interested party to inform about our services and activities through newsletters, including, when appropriate, activities associated with Escuela Itinere.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?

  • The basis for sending newsletters to individuals in our interest groups is based on the legitimate business interest of being able to provide these interest groups with information about the organization’s activities. In addition, for new contacts, as of May 2018, it is based on explicit consent, which can be revoked at any time. The withdrawal of this consent will not affect the execution of any contract in any case, but data processing carried out before the consent was revoked will not lose its legality.

Data transfers to third countries?

Data for sending newsletters are managed through MailChimp. MailChimp will self-certify under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Regimen and legally transfer personal data from the EU/EEA to the U.S. in accordance with the privacy shield certification.

No other data transfers to third countries are made for requests.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

  • Any person has the right to obtain confirmation from EDUVIC SCCL as to whether we are processing personal data concerning them or not.
  • Interested parties have the right to access their personal data and to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, if applicable, request their deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
