For what purpose do we process your personal data?

At EDUVIC SCCL, we process your contact data for the following purposes, depending on the reason for which you have provided them:

Managing data provided directly by the interested party to inform about our services and activities through newsletters, including, when appropriate, activities associated with Escuela Itinere.
Responding to the request, petition, or inquiry made by the interested party and conducting subsequent follow-up.

Data for sending newsletters will be kept indefinitely until, if applicable, you express your desire to delete them (option included in each of the newsletters).
Data associated with a request, petition, or inquiry will be kept as long as it is not fully resolved. Once the request is fully resolved, the data will be retained for a maximum of two years.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?

The basis for sending newsletters to individuals in our interest groups is based on the legitimate business interest of being able to provide these interest groups with information about the organization’s activities. Data for sending newsletters are managed through MailChimp. MailChimp will self-certify under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Regimen and legally transfer personal data from the EU/EEA to the U.S. in accordance with the privacy shield certification.

No other data transfers to third countries are made for requests.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation from EDUVIC SCCL as to whether we are processing personal data concerning them or not.
