Le 26 juin dernier, EDUVIC a organis\u00e9 un webinaire dans le cadre du projet europ\u00e9en Hedera, cofinanc\u00e9 par le programme Erasmus+. Cette rencontre en ligne, tenue via Zoom, a permis \u00e0 des professionnel\u00b7le\u00b7s, enseignant\u00b7e\u00b7s et \u00e9tudiant\u00b7e\u00b7s du secteur social de d\u00e9couvrir en profondeur ce mod\u00e8le innovant de th\u00e9rapie familiale \u00e0 domicile.
Le webinaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 anim\u00e9 par Nuria Molano<\/strong> (psychologue, th\u00e9rapeute familiale et coordinatrice technique du projet), Adela Cam\u00ed<\/strong> (th\u00e9rapeute familiale et directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale d\u2019EDUVIC), et Javier Loyo<\/strong> (th\u00e9rapeute familial, coordinateur de la mise en \u0153uvre du projet et directeur de la branche EDUVIC \u00b7 Fam\u00edlies).<\/p>\n

De quoi a-t-on parl\u00e9 pendant le webinaire ?<\/h3>\n

La session a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 en d\u00e9tail le projet Hedera : ses diff\u00e9rentes phases et la construction du mod\u00e8le d\u2019intervention selon une approche th\u00e9orique et m\u00e9thodologique. Le design de la recherche appliqu\u00e9e a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 partag\u00e9, ainsi que les premiers r\u00e9sultats relatifs aux profils des th\u00e9rapeutes et familles participantes, et l\u2019exp\u00e9rience des professionnel\u00b7le\u00b7s intervenu\u00b7e\u00b7s directement au domicile.<\/p>\n

Le t\u00e9moignage d\u2019Ana Hern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, th\u00e9rapeute familiale et membre de l\u2019\u00e9quipe EDUVIC, a \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement pr\u00e9cieux. Ana a partag\u00e9 son exp\u00e9rience directe des interventions \u00e0 domicile, soulignant comment cette modalit\u00e9 favorise le lien avec les familles, permet d\u2019observer des dynamiques essentielles du syst\u00e8me familial, et stimule des processus de changement m\u00eame dans des situations bloqu\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

La session s\u2019est cl\u00f4tur\u00e9e par un espace d\u2019\u00e9change et de questions, tr\u00e8s enrichissant. La participation active des personnes pr\u00e9sentes a permis de lever des doutes, partager des exp\u00e9riences professionnelles et tisser des liens entre personnes int\u00e9ress\u00e9es par la th\u00e9rapie familiale \u00e0 domicile. Un moment fort de partage entre professionnel\u00b7le\u00b7s de diff\u00e9rents territoires.<\/p>\n

Le projet<\/h3>\n

Le mod\u00e8le Hedera propose une forme d\u2019intervention centr\u00e9e sur le contexte quotidien des familles, avec une forte composante pr\u00e9ventive et relationnelle. Les prochaines \u00e9tapes du projet comprennent :<\/p>\n

    La cl\u00f4ture de la phase d\u2019\u00e9valuation empirique en septembre.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    La publication des r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Le lancement de formations externes \u00e0 destination des professionnel\u00b7le\u00b7s du secteur social en octobre et novembre.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Une port\u00e9e internationale<\/h3>\n

    En plus du webinaire organis\u00e9 par EDUVIC, les entit\u00e9s partenaires du projet \u2014Caminante<\/strong> (France), La Bottega Dei Ragazzi<\/a><\/strong> (Italie), HoltIS<\/strong> (Roumanie) et Agintzari<\/strong> (Pays basque)\u2014 ont \u00e9galement men\u00e9 des sessions similaires dans leurs pays respectifs. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces actions, le mod\u00e8le Hedera a pu se diffuser \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle europ\u00e9enne, favorisant un espace d\u2019\u00e9change professionnel et renfor\u00e7ant la dimension transnationale du projet.<\/p>\n
