Although the results of Hedera are preliminary, the data reflects positive progress and a promising start for this intervention model.<\/p>\n<h2>First snapshot of the results of the Hedera project<\/h2>\n<p>By December 2024, the Hedera project will have <strong>43 therapists and 115 participating families<\/strong>. Of these, <strong>34.73%<\/strong> have separated parents, <strong>21.5%<\/strong> are single-parent families, and <strong>10.34%<\/strong> are adoptive families.<\/p>\n<p>The project follows three main stages:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Development of the intervention model and research design.<\/li>\n<li>Implementation with families, using questionnaires and analysis tools. We are currently in this stage.<\/li>\n<li>Training for professionals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Among the reasons for consultation from families are strengthening parental and maternal functions, supporting child well-being, and managing children&#8217;s behavioral issues.<\/p>\n<h2><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-5527 \" style=\"font-family: -apple-system, system-ui, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif, 'Apple Color Emoji', 'Segoe UI Emoji', 'Segoe UI Symbol';font-size: 17px\" src=\"https:\/\/hederaerasmus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/ENG-First-picture-of-the-results-300x212.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"999\" height=\"706\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hederaerasmus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/ENG-First-picture-of-the-results-300x212.png 300w, https:\/\/hederaerasmus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/ENG-First-picture-of-the-results-1024x724.png 1024w, https:\/\/hederaerasmus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/ENG-First-picture-of-the-results-768x543.png 768w, https:\/\/hederaerasmus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/ENG-First-picture-of-the-results-1536x1086.png 1536w, https:\/\/hederaerasmus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/ENG-First-picture-of-the-results.png 2000w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 999px) 100vw, 999px\" \/><\/h2>\n<h2>Professional profile of the Hedera project team<\/h2>\n<p>The project team is composed of professionals from entities in <strong>Spain, France, Italy, and Romania<\/strong>. <strong>79%<\/strong> are women, with an average age of <strong>41 years<\/strong>, and the majority of the team comes from the field of <strong>psychology<\/strong>, followed by <strong>social education<\/strong> and <strong>social work<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The professionals involved are all family therapists with training in <strong>systemic therapy and attachment<\/strong>, with experience in <strong>social-educational intervention<\/strong> and <strong>trauma treatment<\/strong>. These sessions addressed key aspects such as an introduction to the Hedera model, its principles, the techniques and methodologies used, and data collection.<\/p>\n<p>Preliminary evaluations indicate that the training was positively received by participants. <strong>62%<\/strong> of respondents rated the session as <strong>&#8220;very good&#8221;<\/strong> and <strong>50%<\/strong> considered the training materials as <strong>&#8220;very good&#8221;<\/strong>.
