During three intense days of work at the offices of partner organization <strong>Caminante<\/strong>, key meetings were held to continue advancing the development of this innovative model of <strong>home-based family therapy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2662\" data-end=\"2717\">A meaningful visit to share, learn and move forward<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2719\" data-end=\"2909\">The meeting in Bayonne was an opportunity to <strong>deepen the practical implementation<\/strong> <strong>of the Hedera model<\/strong>, strengthen partnerships, and define the project\u2019s next milestones. The program included:<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2911\" data-end=\"3109\">\u25aa\ufe0f A <strong>visit to Caminante\u2019s services and programs<\/strong>, with a special focus on its mother-child unit, which allowed participants to see firsthand the dynamics of family intervention in the French context.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3111\" data-end=\"3288\">\u25aa\ufe0f The <strong>presentation of the first results report<\/strong> on the implementation of the home-based family therapy model \u2014 a key tool to assess the impact of the actions carried out so far.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3290\" data-end=\"3451\">\u25aa\ufe0f A space to <strong>share practical experiences<\/strong>, discuss therapeutic techniques, and address the challenges and lessons learned from the initial implementation phases.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3453\" data-end=\"3631\">\u25aa\ufe0f A <strong>joint definition of the next steps in the project<\/strong>, including dissemination and awareness-raising strategies to expand the model to new professional and territorial contexts.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"3633\" data-end=\"3692\">Hedera: an innovative model serving social intervention<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3694\" data-end=\"4026\">Hedera is an <strong>Erasmus+ project<\/strong> that brings together organizations from different countries with the aim of designing a home-based family therapy model that provides social professionals with effective tools to intervene directly in the family environment. This model promotes a more human, close, and sustainable approach to support.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"4028\" data-end=\"4063\">Walking together towards change<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"4065\" data-end=\"4363\">This meeting in Bayonne has strengthened <strong>international cooperation<\/strong> among partner organizations, reinforcing a networked approach that is essential to building solid and transferable proposals.
