Hedera is a European initiative co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme, aimed at developing an innovative model of home-based family therapy designed for professionals in the field of social action.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"517\" data-end=\"655\">This meeting brought together the five partner organisations to continue advancing the design, implementation and evaluation of the model.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"657\" data-end=\"698\">A key space for European coordination<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"700\" data-end=\"837\">Transnational meetings are a fundamental element in European cooperation projects. In the case of Hedera, these spaces allow partners to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"839\" data-end=\"1061\">Review the implementation status of the model in each country.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"839\" data-end=\"1061\">Share learning derived from work with families.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"839\" data-end=\"1061\">Adjust methodological tools and intervention protocols.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"839\" data-end=\"1061\">Plan upcoming training and dissemination actions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1063\" data-end=\"1284\">The international dimension of the project, with the participation of organisations from Spain, France, Italy and Romania, enriches the model through the exchange of cultural, professional and methodological perspectives.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1286\" data-end=\"1343\">An innovative model of home-based family intervention<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1345\" data-end=\"1592\">Hedera proposes a structured and systematised approach to home-based family therapy, distinguishing itself from other social interventions that carry out occasional visits without a defined psychotherapeutic model. It is built on four key pillars:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li data-start=\"1594\" data-end=\"1953\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Theoretical model<\/span>: A methodological design based on evidence drawn from the experience gained over the past 10 years.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1594\" data-end=\"1953\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Implementation<\/span>: Real-life application of the model with families.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1594\" data-end=\"1953\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Evaluation<\/span>: Analysis of results to generate evidence.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1594\" data-end=\"1953\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Training<\/span>: Professional capacity-building to disseminate the model among other social and therapeutic professionals.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 data-start=\"1955\" data-end=\"1979\">Achievements to date<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1981\" data-end=\"2031\">So far, we have achieved the following milestones:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li data-start=\"2033\" data-end=\"2491\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Validated model<\/span>: A theoretical and methodological framework designed and scientifically validated.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2033\" data-end=\"2491\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Implementation completed<\/span>: The empirical phase finalised with 248 families in real-life contexts.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2033\" data-end=\"2491\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Positive results<\/span>: Significant improvements in relational health and family satisfaction when applying the theoretical and methodological concepts of the Hedera Model.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2033\" data-end=\"2491\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Training in progress<\/span>: Professional training programmes currently being implemented (WP4).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 data-start=\"2493\" data-end=\"2529\">Next steps of the Hedera Project<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2531\" data-end=\"2586\">Following this meeting, we continue to move forward in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2588\" data-end=\"2725\">The final evaluation of the Hedera Model.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2588\" data-end=\"2725\">The design of professional training programmes.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2588\" data-end=\"2725\">Dissemination and results transfer actions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2727\" data-end=\"2878\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The ultimate goal is to generate a real impact both on the families supported and on the professional practice of family therapy at the European level.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<\/div>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;] On February 11th, 12th and 13th, a new transnational meeting of the Hedera Project took place in Padua (Italy).
