Hedera is a European project born from the Erasmus+ program. Its aim is to develop a model of in-home family therapy that serves as a foundation for social action professionals for this type of intervention.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, the project also seeks to develop a training plan in this model to equip professionals with the skills for in-home family practice. This allows a new type of intervention through an evaluated model that benefits both the development of professionals and the families involved.<\/p>\n

Why is it considered an innovative proposal?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Firstly, it breaks the molds of traditional family therapy by introducing an in-home approach, bringing the intervention into a more intimate and private setting. Besides being a pioneering model, it creates a transformative experience for both families and the professional teams involved. Therefore, social action professionals will find in our model a valuable tool, while families will experience a more personalized and contextually relevant support.<\/p>\n

Secondly, one of the important features of the project lies in its commitment to constant evaluation and continuous improvement. Through a rigorous evaluation model, this project stands out by offering proven and effective results. This meticulous approach not only benefits the professional development of the experts but also ensures that families receive the highest quality care.<\/p>\n

Finally, Hedera benefits from the combined experiences of social, clinical, and academic entities that have been working in contexts of vulnerability and risk for years. Thus, a flexible and adaptable intervention model is created, suitable for other European realities, to respond to mental health issues.<\/p>\n

Who develops this project?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are a collective of 5 leading entities with extensive experience dedicated to creating this model.<\/p>\n

EDUVIC<\/strong><\/p>\n

A non-profit social cooperative born in Catalonia with 29 years of experience in psychotherapeutic and socio-educational services for children, adolescents, youth, and families.<\/p>\n

Agintzari<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Agintzari Association, founded in 1983 and turned into a Social Initiative Cooperative in 2000, has played a crucial role in the care of minors and youth at risk. This Basque entity has 986 committed professionals, extending its reach beyond the public sector.<\/p>\n

Caminante<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Caminante Association, established in 1997 in Saint Andr\u00e9 de Seignanx, is dedicated to ensuring the inclusion and autonomy of individuals and families, managing 29 services that attend to over 800 people.<\/p>\n

HoltIS<\/strong><\/p>\n

The HoltIS association, established in 2014 in Romania, provides socio-educational services for parents in more than 1,022 settings with over 1,670 accredited professionals. It has supported 27,300 parents and 44,900 children.<\/p>\n

Bottega Dei Ragazzi<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Italian cooperative Bottega Dei Ragazzi, founded in 2004, focuses on research and socio-educational intervention in the field of children’s culture. Its main goal is to focus on the individual development of minors through the continuous training of its professionals and the implementation of educational strategies adapted to the socio-cultural context.<\/p>\n

In addition, we also count on the collaboration of Preface, a company with over 17 years of experience in European programmes, with a special focus on Erasmus+.
